Musigallery Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
Musigallery is provided by OrcApps LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, used, stored, and shared when you use Musigallery. Where consent is required for a particular use of information, it is requested separately. Musigallery is designed primarily as an offline media player app. The app is intended to play, organize, manage, and help edit audio files stored locally on your device.
The free version of Musigallery may display advertising provided by Google AdMob and may connect to the internet for advertising, consent, measurement, security, and related advertising services. Premium access removes the Google AdMob advertisements displayed by Musigallery. The optional embedded YouTube website may still display its own advertisements, which are controlled by YouTube and are not removed by a Musigallery Premium subscription.
Overview
Musigallery is designed so that its primary music playback and library features operate on your device. The app does not require a user account to play your local music. The app may access information needed to display your music library, play audio, edit song information, show album artwork, provide playback controls, and support compatible media surfaces such as Android Auto.
If you use the free version, third-party advertising services may separately process certain device, network, interaction, and diagnostic information as described in the Advertising and Google AdMob section below.
Information the App May Access
- Audio files: The app may access audio files stored on your device so it can scan, display, play, organize, and manage your local music library.
- Audio metadata: The app may read information such as song title, artist, album, genre, duration, file location, and album artwork to display your library correctly.
- Lyrics and timing preferences: The app may read lyrics within accessible audio files and lyrics files you select, and store lyrics you enter, import, or save for a song. It also stores your per-song timing adjustments. Optional online lyrics searches use the search text you submit and involve the network information described below.
- Edited tag information: If you choose to edit song tags, the app may write updated title, artist, album, or genre information back to the selected audio file.
- Playlists, favorites, hidden songs, queue, and playback state: The app may store this information locally so your library, preferences, and playback experience can be restored later.
- Album artwork and cached images: The app may generate or store local artwork cache files to display album covers inside the app, in notifications, and in supported media experiences such as Android Auto.
- App settings: The app may store local preferences such as theme choices, background settings, playback options, and other customization options.
- Equalizer and sound preferences: The app stores whether the equalizer is enabled, the selected preset, custom frequency-band levels, preamp gain, bass and virtualization strength, and limiter and compression preferences locally on your device. These settings are used to restore your sound choices during supported playback.
- Google account information: If you connect Google Drive, the app may receive and store the selected account's email address and account identifier so it can remember which account is connected. The app does not receive your Google password.
- Google Drive backup content: Depending on the backup type and options you select, the app may upload audio files, file names, song metadata, artwork, playlists, favorites, hidden-song status, play counts and timestamps, folder organization, themes, backgrounds, selected app settings, and saved lyrics with their per-song timing adjustments when the Lyrics option is selected.
- Subscription and verification information: The app processes Google Play purchase tokens, product and plan information, purchase and subscription status, renewal and expiry information, and verification results to provide Premium access. Verification also involves request identifiers, Google Play Integrity tokens and results, and network information needed to communicate with the verification service.
- Backup and restore information: The app may process limited information about a requested backup or restore, such as its type, date, size, progress, and completion status.
- Device Transfer content: When you initiate or accept a transfer, the app may access and transmit selected audio files, file names, music metadata, playlists, favorites, hidden-song status, play counts and timestamps, folder organization, custom artwork, themes, backgrounds, selected app settings, and saved lyrics with their per-song timing adjustments when the Lyrics option is selected, to the connected receiving device.
- Nearby connection information: When you use Device Transfer, the app may temporarily process device names, pairing information, connection status, and transfer progress so the selected devices can connect and complete the requested transfer.
- YouTube search and browsing information: If you use the optional YouTube feature, the search text you submit, pages you open, videos you select, and interactions performed within the embedded YouTube website may be transmitted directly to YouTube and Google. YouTube or Google may also process your IP address, device and browser information, cookies, local-storage identifiers, diagnostic information, viewing activity, advertising interactions, and account-associated information according to their own policies.
- Embedded web data: The YouTube web experience may store cookies, browser local storage, cached website resources, preferences, and similar web data within the app's Android WebView storage. This data may help YouTube maintain website functionality, preferences, security, measurement, advertising, and, where available, account or session state.
- Advertising and device information: In the free version, Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or process certain information such as your device's IP address, advertising or app-related identifiers, information about interactions with the app or advertisements, and diagnostic information related to the performance of the app or advertising SDK.

Advertising and Google AdMob
The free version of Musigallery uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to request and display advertisements. Google may automatically collect and share certain information when advertising services are used.
This information may include:
- IP address: Google may collect the device's IP address. An IP address may also be used to estimate the general location of a device.
- App and advertising interactions: Google may collect information about interactions such as app launches, taps, advertisement interactions, or video views.
- Diagnostic information: Google may collect information related to the performance of the app and advertising SDK, such as app launch information, performance measurements, hangs, or energy usage.
- Device and account-related identifiers: Google may collect identifiers such as the Android advertising ID, App Set ID, and, when applicable, other device or account-related identifiers.
Google states that information collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS). Advertising information may be used for purposes including advertising, analytics, measurement, and fraud prevention.
The advertising SDK operates separately from Musigallery's local music library. Musigallery does not intentionally provide your audio files, song titles, artists, albums, playlists, favorites, hidden-song selections, queue contents, saved lyrics, lyrics timing adjustments, or equalizer and sound-effect preferences to Google for advertising purposes.
Depending on your location, privacy choices, device settings, and applicable law, Google may serve personalized, non-personalized, limited, or other permitted forms of advertising.
Advertising Consent and Privacy Choices
Musigallery uses Google's User Messaging Platform where applicable to manage advertising-related privacy choices. Depending on your region and applicable privacy requirements, you may be shown a consent or privacy message before certain advertising services are used.
Your available choices may affect whether personalized advertising, non-personalized advertising, limited advertising, or other permitted advertising modes are used.
Where available, the advertising privacy options within the app let you review or change your choices. Android advertising-ID controls and Google account settings provide additional controls. Advertising choices for the embedded YouTube website are managed separately through YouTube and Google.
You may also be able to reset or delete your Android advertising ID through Android system settings. The exact privacy controls available depend on your Android version, device, region, and Google settings.
Permissions and Device Access Used by the App
- Read media audio: Used on newer Android versions to find and display audio files on your device.
- Read external storage: Used on older supported Android versions to read audio files from shared storage.
- Lyrics file access: Existing audio access allows the app to read lyrics contained in accessible songs. For lyrics import and export, Android's file picker lets you choose a particular file or save destination; these actions do not require general access to all your documents. The Lyrics feature does not need microphone access and does not record or analyze your voice.
- Notifications: Used to show playback notifications and media controls, and to display the status, progress, waiting state, and available cancellation action for an active device transfer, Google Drive backup, or Google Drive restore.
- Foreground service and media playback: Used so music playback can continue while the app is in the background and so playback controls remain available.
- Modify audio settings: Used for supported playback sound controls, including the equalizer, preamp, bass enhancement, virtualization, limiter, and multiband compression. The equalizer does not require microphone permission.
- Vibration: Used only for haptic feedback when interacting with certain buttons or controls.
- Write settings: Used only if you enable a feature that requires changing a supported system setting. This permission is not used to access your personal files.
- Nearby devices, Bluetooth, and nearby Wi-Fi: Used when you initiate a Device Transfer so the app can advertise, discover, pair with, and communicate with another nearby device. Musigallery does not use this access to determine or store your physical location.
- Local network: On Android versions where this permission is required, it is used to establish or maintain a direct connection with the receiving device for the transfer selected by the user.
- Background data operations: Used so an active device transfer, Google Drive backup, or Google Drive restore can continue while the app is not visible. Android may display a notification while this work is running.
- Internet and network connectivity: Used to connect a Google account, provide Google Drive backup and restore features, check whether an automatic backup can run, perform online lyrics searches you submit, load the optional YouTube website, communicate with Google Play and the subscription verification service, use Play Integrity checks, and communicate with Google advertising services in the free version. Internet access is not required for normal playback of music already stored on your device.
- Google Drive access: When you connect Google Drive, the app requests limited access to the Google Drive files used with Musigallery. It does not request general access to unrelated files in your Google Drive account.
Device-to-Device Transfers
Device Transfer and Complete Library Migration are available only with Premium access. After Premium access has been verified, Device Transfer is activated only when you choose to send or receive content. The feature uses Google Play services Nearby Connections to discover and connect to another compatible nearby device. Nearby Connections may use technologies such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi to establish the connection.
The content selected for transfer is designed to travel directly between the connected devices. OrcApps LLC does not operate a cloud server that receives or stores your transferred music library. An internet account is not required to perform the direct transfer.
Depending on your selections, transferred content may include audio files, file names, song metadata, playlists, favorites, hidden-song status, play counts and timestamps, folder organization, custom artwork, themes, backgrounds, and selected app settings. Selecting Lyrics in a supported Device Transfer or Complete Library Migration also includes saved lyrics and per-song timing adjustments for the included songs. The receiving device stores successfully received content locally.
The separate Lyrics option is initially off. Lyrics already embedded in an audio file travel with that file when the audio itself is transferred, even if the separate Lyrics option is off.
The app may temporarily store transfer data while a transfer is active, interrupted, or being completed. Temporary or incomplete transfer data is intended to be removed when the transfer completes or cleanup succeeds. Successfully received music remains on the receiving device until the user removes it.
An accepted transfer may continue in the background. A visible notification may provide transfer progress and a cancellation action.
Nearby Connections is provided through Google Play services. Google may process technical information related to the connection, device, performance, reliability, and use of the Nearby service according to Google's own privacy and data-handling practices.
Google Drive Backup and Restore
Google Drive Backup and Restore is an optional Premium feature. It is used after you select a Google account and choose to create, restore, or delete a backup, or after you separately enable Automatic Backup.
Library Backups may contain supported metadata, playlists, favorites, hidden-song status, play counts and timestamps, folder organization, artwork, themes, and selected app settings. Selecting Lyrics in a supported backup also includes saved lyrics and per-song timing adjustments for the included songs. Full Backups may also contain copies of supported audio files. Automatic Backups are Library Backups, are disabled by default, and do not include copies of audio files.
The separate Lyrics option is initially off. Lyrics already embedded in an audio file remain part of that file when the audio itself is backed up, even if the separate Lyrics option is off. Restoring a backup that contains saved lyrics and timing adjustments can restore that information to the device.
Backup content is sent from your device to the Google Drive account you select. Restore content is downloaded from that account to your device. OrcApps LLC does not operate a separate cloud-storage service that receives or stores your Google Drive backups.
The app requests limited access to create, find, restore, update, and delete the Google Drive files used with Musigallery. It does not request general access to unrelated files in your Google Drive account.
Backup and restore operations may continue in the background so you can continue using the app and device. A visible notification may show progress and provide a cancellation action. If an operation is cancelled or interrupted, the app is designed to clean up incomplete data while protecting completed backups and existing music.
Google Drive backups remain in the selected account until you delete them or they are removed according to Google's applicable policies. Disconnecting the account, revoking access, clearing app data, or uninstalling Musigallery does not automatically delete backups already stored in Google Drive.
Google Drive backup content and account information are used only to provide the backup and restore features you request. OrcApps LLC does not use this information for advertising, advertising profiling, or sale.
Musigallery's use of information received from Google services follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Premium Subscriptions and Purchase Verification
Premium subscriptions use Google Play Billing. Google handles the purchase and payment process through the Google account used for Google Play. Musigallery does not receive your payment-card details or Google password.
To verify and maintain Premium access, the app sends a Google Play purchase token, a request identifier, and a Google Play Integrity token to a subscription verification service operated by OrcApps LLC on Google Cloud. The service communicates with Google Play to check the purchase and acknowledge eligible purchases. The app receives subscription information such as the product, plan, subscription status, expiry and renewal information, acknowledgement status, and the result and time of verification.
Play Integrity provides security checks about the app, its Google Play licensing status, the request, and the device environment. These checks help protect purchase verification against altered apps, fraudulent requests, and unauthorized access. Google processes information needed to provide these checks according to its own privacy practices. These checks do not give OrcApps LLC your Google password.
The verification service and its hosting provider also process network and request information, such as an IP address and technical request metadata, to deliver and secure the service. Purchase verification does not send your audio files, saved lyrics, playlists, artwork, or Google Drive backup content to the subscription verification service. Verification information is used to operate and protect Premium access, rather than to personalize advertising.
Purchase tokens are stored in encrypted local app storage for subsequent verification. The app also stores verified Premium status and related verification records locally. Subscription checks can occur when you open the app, make or restore a purchase, or through scheduled background work. An internet connection is needed to obtain a fresh verification result; temporary inability to verify a purchase is not itself proof that a subscription has expired.
You can manage or cancel a subscription through Google Play. Clearing app data or uninstalling Musigallery does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
Equalizer and Audio Processing
The equalizer uses Android audio-processing features on your device to adjust supported music playback. Audio is processed during playback to apply frequency adjustments, gain, bass enhancement, virtualization where available, limiting, or compression. These effects do not rewrite the original audio files or their tags, and the equalizer does not create or save a separate recording of the processed sound.
The equalizer does not access the microphone or record your voice or surroundings. Applying these effects does not require an internet connection or a separate account, and using the equalizer does not upload your audio or sound preferences to OrcApps LLC or an online sound-processing provider. Other features, including advertising, online search, backup, and transfer, have the separate data practices described in this policy.
Saved preferences include the enabled state, preset selection, custom band levels, preamp gain, bass and virtualization strength, limiter and compression choices, and compression threshold, ratio, attack, and release values. The app uses a temporary Android audio-session identifier to associate effects with its playback; the equalizer does not store that identifier in your saved preferences.
When updating from an earlier equalizer, the app may read and convert previously saved presets and band levels locally. Earlier preferences may remain in local app storage for compatibility. Turning the equalizer off stops the app from applying its enabled sound effects but retains your saved preferences for later use.
Lyrics and Optional Online Search
The Lyrics feature can read supported lyrics within an audio file or display lyrics you save for a song. Lyrics that you enter, import, or save from an online result, together with any per-song timing adjustment, are stored locally for use in the app. These actions do not rewrite lyrics inside the original audio file. Reading lyrics already available on your device does not require an online search.
Online search is optional. When you submit a search, the title and any artist text shown in the search fields are sent to LRCLIB, an independent lyrics provider, to find matching results. The provider also receives your IP address and basic app information. You can review or change the search text before sending it. The connection is encrypted. Your audio files, saved lyrics, timing adjustments, and playback history are not uploaded for this search.
Playing a song or opening its lyrics does not automatically search online. The app does not publish your saved lyrics or edits. The provider handles search requests according to its own data practices; removing lyrics from the app does not delete any request information the provider may retain.
When you select the Lyrics option in a supported backup or device transfer, saved lyrics and per-song timing adjustments for the included songs may be copied to your selected Google Drive account or receiving device. This option is initially off. Lyrics already contained within an audio file remain part of that file when the audio itself is backed up, shared, or transferred, even if the separate Lyrics option is off.
Importing reads the lyrics file you select; exporting writes a lyrics copy to the destination you choose. If you choose a cloud storage provider or another app through the file picker, that provider or app handles the selected file according to its own practices.
YouTube Search, Browsing, and Playback
Musigallery includes an optional embedded web experience that loads YouTube's mobile website. YouTube and Google provide and control the website, search results, videos, channels, recommendations, subscriptions, advertisements, and other content displayed through this feature.
When you press the dedicated YouTube search button, Musigallery places the search text you entered into the YouTube page address so YouTube can return results for that search. Once the YouTube page opens, subsequent searches, page navigation, video selections, playback, and other website interactions are communicated directly between the embedded WebView and YouTube or Google.
YouTube and Google may receive or process information such as search terms, videos viewed, pages visited, interaction data, IP address, device and browser information, approximate location derived from an IP address, cookies, local-storage identifiers, account information when available, advertising interactions, security information, and diagnostic or performance data. OrcApps LLC does not control YouTube's collection or processing of this information.
The embedded WebView permits cookies, third-party cookies, browser local storage, and related website storage so YouTube can provide its mobile web experience. This data may persist within the app's WebView storage until it expires, is removed by YouTube or Google, or you clear Musigallery's app data or uninstall the app.
If you access YouTube while signed in or otherwise recognized by Google, YouTube activity may be associated with your Google account according to your Google and YouTube settings. Account sign-in may be unavailable or may function differently inside an embedded WebView. Musigallery does not request, receive, or store your YouTube or Google password.
YouTube may display its own advertisements and process information for content delivery, personalization, advertising, measurement, security, fraud prevention, and service improvement. YouTube advertising is separate from the Google AdMob advertising described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy. A Musigallery Premium subscription removes the AdMob ads displayed by Musigallery; it does not remove advertising controlled by the embedded YouTube website.
Your use of this feature is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can manage supported Google activity and privacy settings through your Google account.
Storage and Local Data
Musigallery stores app data locally on your device. This may include your library database, playlists, favorites, hidden-song preferences, queue information, playback state, theme settings, artwork cache, saved lyrics, lyrics timing adjustments, and saved equalizer and sound preferences. This information is used to make the app work properly and preserve your preferences.
Changes that you intentionally make to audio files, including edited metadata or other file changes supported by the app, may remain in those audio files even if Musigallery is later uninstalled.
Offline Use
Musigallery is designed primarily as an offline media player. Your local music library and tag information are processed on your device for the app's music-library features. The app does not require a user account or internet connection to play supported local media already stored on your device.
If the free version is used without an internet connection, network advertisements may not be available. Normal local music playback and supported offline library features are intended to continue operating without advertising connectivity.
Data Sharing
Musigallery does not sell your personal data.
The app may provide limited media information to compatible media browsers, controllers, and playback interfaces when needed for features you use. These may include Android media notifications, system media controls, Bluetooth or headset controls, Android Auto, compatible vehicle systems, and other Android-supported media clients.
The app's file-sharing and Device Transfer features provide audio files and related library information to another app or device only when you explicitly choose a supported sharing or transfer operation. This includes Android's share functionality and Device Transfer connections that you initiate or accept. Device Transfer sends the selected content to the receiving device identified during the pairing process.
When you use Google Drive Backup and Restore, the selected backup content and connected Google account information are processed by Google to provide the requested feature. This is a user-directed use of the Google account you select and is not a sale of your data.
When you use the embedded YouTube feature, the search text you submit and subsequent website requests and interactions are transmitted directly to YouTube or Google so they can provide search, browsing, playback, advertising, security, and related functionality. This user-directed transmission is not a sale of your personal data by OrcApps LLC.
In the free version, certain device, network, interaction, identifier, and diagnostic information may be transmitted to or processed by Google through Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK for advertising, analytics, measurement, security, and fraud-prevention purposes.
Premium purchase verification shares purchase and security information between the app, the OrcApps LLC verification service hosted on Google Cloud, and Google Play, as described in the Premium Subscriptions and Purchase Verification section. This process does not require uploading your music library to OrcApps LLC.
Information processed by Google is subject to Google's own privacy, security, retention, and data-handling practices.
Android Auto, Media Browsers, and Media Controllers
When used with Android Auto or other compatible media browsing and playback clients, Musigallery may provide media information such as song titles, artist names, album names, genres, playlists, folders, artwork, playback state, available playback commands, and browsable library sections.
This information is provided so your local music library can be browsed, displayed, and controlled through compatible media interfaces. These clients may include Android Auto, system media controls, Bluetooth or headset controls, vehicle media systems, and other apps or devices that connect through Android-supported media browsing or controller interfaces.
How Your Data Is Kept Safe
- Most music-library and app-preference data is stored locally on your device.
- The app requests access intended for music playback, library management, tag editing, notifications, advertising where applicable, and related features.
- Artwork files exposed for supported media features are intended to be read-only.
- You remain in control of supported Android permissions through system settings.
- Google states that data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS.
- Google Drive access is limited to the files used with Musigallery and does not provide general access to unrelated Drive files.
- The app does not receive your Google account password.
- Purchase verification requests use HTTPS, and locally saved purchase tokens are encrypted using an Android Keystore-backed key.
- Google Drive account information and backup content are not used by OrcApps LLC for advertising, advertising profiling, or sale.
- You can uninstall the app or clear its app data through Android settings to remove app-specific local information, subject to the limitations described below.
Data Retention and Deletion
Local app-specific information, such as playlists, favorites, hidden-song settings, queue state, playback state, cached artwork, saved lyrics, lyrics timing adjustments, equalizer and sound preferences, and other app preferences, may remain on your device until you modify or remove that information, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app.
Remove saved lyrics deletes the app's saved lyrics for that song. It does not remove lyrics inside the original audio file, delete the source file you imported, or reset a separately saved timing adjustment. Use Reset in the timing controls to remove that adjustment. Removing saved lyrics may make lyrics from the audio file visible again.
Removing local lyrics, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app does not delete previously exported files, copies on another device, or lyrics within an existing Google Drive backup. Manage those copies separately. Restoring a backup or receiving a transfer that includes lyrics may bring previously deleted lyrics back to the app.
Temporary or incomplete transfer and restore data may remain on the device while an operation or its cleanup is pending. The app is designed to remove this temporary data when the operation completes or cleanup succeeds. Successfully received audio files and restored library information remain until modified or deleted by the user.
Google Drive backups remain in the selected Google account until you delete them or they are removed according to Google's applicable retention practices. Revoking the app's access prevents future access but does not automatically delete existing backups.
Clearing app data or uninstalling Musigallery generally removes data stored inside the app's own private storage. It does not necessarily delete audio files stored elsewhere on your device.
Changes that you intentionally write directly to an audio file, such as edited metadata, may remain part of that file until you modify or delete the file yourself.
Musigallery does not require creation of an OrcApps user account. Optional Google Drive access and Google Play purchases use the Google accounts you select for those services. There is no OrcApps music-library account to delete, but the subscription verification processing described in this policy still applies.
Locally saved purchase tokens and Premium verification records remain in app storage until removed by the app, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app. Clearing these records does not erase Google Play purchase records or cancel a subscription. Purchase or security information processed by the verification service, including any operational logs, may be retained as needed to provide subscription verification, investigate service failures or fraud, and satisfy applicable obligations. Retention of hosting logs depends on the configuration of the service. For questions or requests about information handled by OrcApps LLC, contact [email protected]. Google separately manages its purchase and service records under its own policies.
Cookies, local storage, cached resources, and other data created through the embedded YouTube website may remain in Musigallery's WebView storage until the data expires, is removed by YouTube or Google, or you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. YouTube or Google may separately retain search, viewing, account, advertising, security, and diagnostic information according to their policies and your Google account settings.
Data processed by third-party services such as online lyrics providers, YouTube, Google Drive, and Google AdMob is retained and deleted according to the applicable third party's policies, settings, legal requirements, and data-handling practices.

Third-Party Services
The free version of Musigallery uses Google AdMob and related Google advertising and privacy services. These services are provided by Google and may process information according to Google's own terms, privacy policies, consent choices, and data-handling practices.
When you use Google Drive Backup and Restore, the app uses Google account and Google Drive services. Google processes the connected account information and stored backup content according to Google's own terms, privacy policy, security practices, and retention rules.
When you use the optional YouTube feature, Musigallery loads YouTube's mobile website within an embedded WebView. YouTube and Google may provide content and advertisements and may process search, viewing, device, network, cookie, local storage, account, interaction, security, and diagnostic information according to the YouTube Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy, your account settings, and applicable law.
Premium purchases and verification use Google Play Billing, Google Play Integrity, Google Play developer services, and Google Cloud hosting. These services process purchase, security, and technical information as described above. Google handles that information according to its applicable terms and privacy practices.
Optional lyrics searches use LRCLIB, and Device Transfer uses Google Play services Nearby Connections, as described in their respective sections.
For information about Google services, see the Google Privacy Policy. The app's use of Google account and Drive data is also subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Third-party services may update their technologies and data practices over time. This Privacy Policy may therefore be updated when necessary to reflect material changes in the services used by Musigallery.
Children's Privacy
Musigallery is a general-purpose local media player and is not specifically directed to children. The app does not require a user account to use its normal local music playback features.
The free version may use third-party advertising services as described above. Advertising and privacy settings may vary based on applicable law, the user's region, device settings, and advertising configuration.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to Musigallery, third-party services, legal requirements, or privacy practices. Updated versions should be made available within the app and through the public privacy-policy location associated with the app where applicable.
